 6 Ways to fight depression:

It starts with anxiety and ruining your life as much as possible. For anyone who suffers from this problem, a better life becomes an impossible dream.

Take care of your isolation:

It is often seen that depressed people or people who are stressed prefer to leave the community. Such people refuse to take part in social gatherings. To avoid this problem, ask yourself to be a part of events that bring you closer to your family

Find out what makes you angry:

Feeling angry is spontaneous. You can't stop yourself from getting angry. Sit down and try to understand what makes you angry. If you can write down what makes you angry, half the job is done.

Always active:

When depressed, stressed, or anxious, many people prefer to stay indoors. When faced with such a problem, do not rush to work. Don't ignore the people around you. Be active and take part in activities you enjoyed as a child. Take the baby out to make you feel happier.

Watch comedy TV shows or movies:

Doing silly things can sometimes make you happy. Watch comedy shows, reality shows and comedy movies that will make you laugh. More laughter; you can fight more depression, stress, and anxiety. Don't think we are talking about children. There are times when you have to forget your age and go back to the golden days when you were a child, when your parents loved and cared for you. It is often seen that men and women give up happiness for their children or other household responsibilities. So, feeling like a child is a better idea.

Don't be guilty of bad feelings:

Depression, stress, and anxiety are emotions that can make you feel bad all the time. So, don't feel guilty about going through this phase. It seems that people are usually afraid to talk about this problem, but share your problem in time that can give you a solution to this problem

Ask a therapist:

If the above doesn't work, the problem could be bigger. Don't waste your time. It is always a better idea to visit a therapist and seek the best advice.

Being asleep:

There are many solutions to deal with problems like depression, stress, and anxiety, but what matters is your commitment and willingness to deal with it.
