When it comes to smoking, the cause and effect is not only obvious, it is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

If you smoke cigarettes, you will get sick, die, or luckily, it will take ten years off your life.

Because you don't put your future on hold, you can do better for yourself. We live in a world of cause and effect. We have to decide which side of the deal we want to be on. So take a long look in the mirror and decide.
