7 Tips for healthy during Holidays:

 As temperatures and colder temperatures approach, the air becomes drier, so it's easy to dry out without even noticing! By staying hydrated, you can avoid muscle weakness and lethargy, and you can strengthen that elusive frame! Cooling is important to keep your core temperature safe and then keep you warm!

Some foods claim to be super nutritious, but they are actually as scary as solid foods. These foods are often described or labeled with the phrase or name "solids." In some cases, packaged veggie chips are sweet and calorie free. Focus on improvements that seem more useful. Agave nectar, for example, is described as having a low glycemic index, but only contains sugar and four calories per gram.

A great retreat and retreat can look forward to cheerful shouts and food all day. When we rest, our hunger increases because our hormones, ghrelin, and leptin increase our appetite. Go back on the vacation schedule and get past the point of no return or very little.
