How To Use Talents and Autistic Individuals

Most people with autism have hidden talents and abilities in certain areas. Parents need to find and use their hidden talents and skills to become independent. If the talent of autistic children can be recognized , they can sharpen their skills to become superior in this field. Autistic people are also very effective in their work if they are motivated. They can do jobs like robots. So, if we can make them do what they want, they can definitely do good because they are never honest, truthful or deceitful.

We know that autism is a lifelong disability that cannot be cured. But we can bring some progress in their lives. So our first task is to make every effort to bring some improvements in his life. Once a child is diagnosed with autism, he or she must be given appropriate care and therapy to lead as normal a life as possible. Then you should learn about your hidden talents and abilities. Once we open their minds and skills, we must focus in that direction. This will help them improve their lives, engage in work and make them independent.

According to the DSM 5, there are several levels of autism, Level 1 requires support, Level 2 requires large support, and Level 3 requires much support. There are different handicaps and abilities depending on the level. First, children should be grouped according to their disabilities and abilities, and then they should provide basic education and vocational training according to their talents. Also, there are some autistic children who can do wonders with their hidden talents and abilities if we can train them.

Identifying the talents and abilities of autistic children is a major challenge for parents, caregivers, and teachers. This is necessary to learn the child inside to know his mind. That's a long time. Once the hidden talent is identified, it will be easier to manage it. Because autistic children have several disorders spectrum disorders, their hidden talents and abilities must be considered when assessing them.

Some autistic individuals have extraordinary talents known as autism savers. People with autism are very good at math, memory, artistic ability, and musical ability. But, we will talk about people with autism in another article.


Education for Autistic Children

Traditional education. Level 1 autistic children who need support can study in the mainstream education stream. I know some autistic children in different schools. They may not be as good as normal children. But he can continue his education up to a certain class. Some of them can even be included in mainstream education. From the statistics, it was found that about 102 children with special needs have been transferred to mainstream education from different branches of Proyash, a special education school. There are some students from elementary school, middle school and high school. The picture of the whole country can be better . My son Ferdous Mahi has passed his Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination from Proyash and is currently studying in Class IX. A person with special needs, Md  Eram was transferred to the mainstream education stream with his talent and skills and is currently studying at Iman International School.

Part-time or full-time. After leaving any level of education, autistic adults can be placed in various office jobs or jobs in malls, gas stations and food courts, among others. But all must be partners in doing their part. Shamiuzzaman Tusar, a person with special needs, works at KFC, an international chain store, at the Banani branch in Dhaka, Bangladesh. A child with special needs works as an office assistant at Exim Bank, Gulshan branch. Large corporations, businesses, and other community groups must step up to restore autistic talent.

Different career paths for autistic children
