A simple but excellent mental exercise:

Candle Meditation - Great when you need peace and quiet, a quiet, dark room with candles. Sit in a comfortable position and focus on the flame don't think about the chemical reaction when the candle is burning - instead focus on the candle in its pure form.

Eating Meditation  Instead of wasting our food, we can take a moment to enjoy it. Look at the food, smell it, feel the texture as we chew and enjoy the taste. This exercise can lead to forgetfulness

Make a big difference and don't use it with the whole meal  only .

Take a smart break  email and more while you take a break. instead of checking, you should pay attention.
